An international property organisation wanted to understand why footfall was declining at one of its UK shopping centres, and which of the interventions it had tried were working (and which weren’t).

This has led to more focused advertising spend, but perhaps more importantly, a review of the data being collected, and the format and structure of that data to enable future analysis.
